Jönköping University is a young professional-oriented university characterised by a high degree of internationalization, an entrepreneurial spirit and extensive collaboration with surrounding society. It is one of three Swedish private, non-profit institutions of higher education with the right to award doctorates.
Recently ranked among the top 25 universities in the world in student mobility (U-Multirank, 2021), it's one of the top universities in Scandinavia in terms of international student exchange- offering great possibilities to study abroad during most of their programmes. Moreover, JU offers a truly multicultural environment with 2,400 international students from about 70 countries.
